Who We Are**
Our journey began in 2020 with something simple: providing meals for our unhoused friends in a parking lot. But as we built relationships and listened to their stories, we quickly realized their needs went far beyond a meal.
Many were navigating incarceration, mental health struggles, substance misuse, unemployment, and a lack of identification, transportation, stable housing, and support—all while living in constant chaos and crisis. We also began walking alongside displaced families living in motels and at-risk youth who were facing many of these same barriers in different ways.
We felt God calling us to something greater—to grow His Kingdom by helping transform lives and bring hope to our community.
So, we educated ourselves. We learned about the barriers that keep people trapped in cycles of homelessness, addiction, incarceration, poverty, and instability. Most importantly, we committed to walking alongside each person, meeting them where they are and building a Foundation of Hope around their unique journey.
Through strong partnerships with community resources, we have embraced the beautiful mess of recovery, stable living, restored relationships, and new beginnings. We have witnessed lives transformed—people finding recovery from substance misuse, gaining mental health stability, reconnecting with family, obtaining employment, securing housing, and discovering hope for a future they once believed was impossible.
Our mission is simple but deeply personal: to treat each individual as family and walk alongside them through every challenge, every setback, every victory, and every new beginning.
Because we believe people are more than their circumstances, more than their past, and more than the barriers standing in front of them.
We believe in hope.
We believe in second chances.
We believe in restoration.
And above all, we believe God can transform lives when we are willing to show up, love well, and walk the journey together.
